Its scope includes hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity tools, engineering and consulting services, communications and audiovisual solutions, and data-intensive mission support.

The anticipated ordering period runs from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036. NASA identifies a maximum value of $20 billion for each awarded contract and supports multiple task-order pricing arrangements.

Contract spotlight

What EAGLE II is.

The Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise II (EAGLE II) program is a Basic Ordering Agreement administered by Army Contracting Command-Rock Island. It is the Army's streamlined mechanism for competing logistics-support task orders among qualified BOA holders.

Core service areas: Army materiel maintenance, retail and wholesale supply, and transportation support. Requirements may support Army installations and other authorized military customers in the United States and overseas.

A BOA establishes the terms for future orders but does not itself guarantee revenue. Kaliwohi must compete for and win individual EAGLE II task orders.
